I have deployed to hostile combat zones such as Afghanistan, Iraq, and Jordan. I have also been to Kuwait, the UAE, and Bahrain. I lived in Germany and in many States in the US. This is when I first developed an interest in taking photographs that reveal a harsh and uncomfortable side of America that Americans rarely see. I bring this perspective to my style of shooting.
